Who we are
Concerned Staff at RHC is an independent group of employees at Rio Hondo College. We are not an official department, employee organization, labor organization, or representative body of Rio Hondo College or the Rio Hondo Community College District.
We created this space to share information, encourage open discussion, and advocate for transparency, accountability, responsible use of public resources, and a campus environment where employees and community members can be heard.
What we stand for
Our focus is straightforward: informed decisions, transparent processes, responsible stewardship, and a college community where people can raise questions and participate in meaningful discussion.
